DOA & Return Policy
Standard 2hr DOA policy: DOA claims must be made within 2 hours of package delivery. Please inspect the frags immediately and contact me with clear photos in the original shipping bag if the item arrives in poor condition. In the rare case of frag death due to carrier-caused package delays, I will replace the affected frags at no charge, with the buyer responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement package.
