ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE PLEASE SEND message to me with a clear picture or video of the deceased ANIMAL within 6 hours of delivery. I do not offer refunds on livestock only credit. I do not offer returns on livestock. We do not refund or credit any shipping costs. I offer an arrive alive guarantee on all Live animals. Live animal credit cannot be used for shipping. All corals get either replacements or credit for amount paid, not items original price. Due to weather conditions, we may request a signature at delivery. This is to ensure the animals​​​/​​​s are not left outside where they are exposed to weather elements. Any refused delivery or delivery not signed for will be void of any guarantee. DELIVERY delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss will not be covered under our guarantee.
