DOA & Return Policy
In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we request a picture of the coral within 2 hours of arrival. The corals must be unopened in the original bags. Pictures must be sent via email to [email protected]. If we confirm that the coral is dead, we will issue store credit, or replace the dead coral if available. Store credit does not cover shipping, only livestock, equipment and other miscellaneous items sold by Reef Regeneration. Reef Regeneration is not responsible for weather or mechanical delays.
