Clear photos of the coral in the original sealed bag must be provided within 2 hours of delivery. Confirmed DOA will receive credit for the value of the coral. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Carrier delays, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, packages left outside, or issues after the coral is removed from the bag are not covered.

the item was in good shape and accurately described. it was nice that shipping was inlcuded in the price and it was shipped promptly. the seller did a great job of keeping me informed along the way, though there were a few extra steps that using r2r marketplace introduces to watch out for. i had to approve the purchase after putting in all my payment information and thinking i was done and for some reason, the entire process didn't go through the first time, none of which had to do with the seller imo.
