Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your item arrives non-functional, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video showing the issue. I'll offer a full refund or replacement (buyer's choice), including return shipping costs. Returns: I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with all original accessories/packaging. Return Shipping: Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was DOA, defective, or not as described. Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method. Not Covered: Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear after use is not eligible for DOA claims (though it may still qualify under the standard 14-day return window). How to Start a Return: Message me directly with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back.
