I aim to keep my return policy simple. All sales are final. Dry goods purchased are determined to be in used condition. I will attempt to notate all defects in the item description and photos, however I am not perfect. You are purchasing said items as is. Damaged Items: If a product is damaged during shipping, send it back and a refund will be issued. A buyer should report visible shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery. The buyer must preserve the item and packaging and provide reasonable evidence. The buyer may be asked to test the item to determine functionality after shipping damage. (Case by Case exceptions to this policy may apply)
